We hope you love your CASA GAJA purchase, but if you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns work:

Returns
You may return unworn belts in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to Return

1. Email orders@casa-gaja.com with your order number and reason for return.

    

2. We’ll provide return instructions.

    

3. Ship the item back to us at your cost.

    

Refunds 

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need another size or color? Email us and we’ll try to accommodate.

Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours and include photos.
